　　CGGT 提问与专家解答规则

　　以下为CGGT提问板块的使用条款。这些规则将作为CGGT使用条款、CGGT网站隐私政策的补充部分（以上规则统称“规则”）。

　　CGGT专家解答规则适用于所有用户。一旦您提交了问题、回复或其他材料，意味着您已同意遵守以上规则中的所有条款。

　　下文中提到的“帖子”，包括向本提问板块提交的问题、回复以及其他材料。

 

　　CGGT走出去智库专家将做什么

　　CGGT智库专家将在现有的业务范围内考虑您的提问，包括：法律、金融、战略、品牌。

　　CGGT智库专家将尽力反馈您的提问，但我们将筛选问题。通常，1~2个工作日给予答复。

　　在答复问题时，CGGT团队会查询网站上汇集的内容，然后在条件允许的情况下，与相关领域和法域的专家咨询，努力为您提供有用的答复。

　　因时间宝贵，若您的问题专业性较强，而有相关专长的专家暂时无法回答该问题，我们将需要超过1~2工作日，回复您的提问。在某些特殊情况下，不同领域的专家们因不可抗拒的原因无法回答问题时，时间将会迟延。

　　提问与回答将有可能作为“常见问题”在CGGT网站上公布。

　　CGGT保留编辑、删除或重新发布提问帖子的权利。若发现提问帖子中包含不应被公布的信息或链接，我们有权将不和规则的问题部分删除，发布其余部分。当一个帖子被删除后，其他提到该不当帖子的帖子亦将被删除。

　　鼓励您在提问板块提问。所有提问均需遵循本版块要求的提问格式。

　　提交问题前，通过“搜索”功能，您可以确认相同问题是否已经在网站上作为普遍性问题得到回复。

　　您不应向我们提交任何机密信息，包括任何涉及争议及争议当事人的细节信息。

　　问题应与战略、金融、财务、法律、品牌等中国企业进行对外投资和/或从事跨国交易过程中内容相关的普通问题。

　　您不应通过提问版块就某一特定项目或交易向我们寻求正式的投融资战略/财务/会计/法律及其他专业意见。

　　CGGT走出去智库专家给予的答复仅供您参考，作为了解一般信息之用，不应被您或任何客户当作专业意见。

　　您一旦提交问题，即意味着您同意由我们将该问题（以及之后的相关回复）公布于CGGT网站上，以便分享给其他的CGGT读者用户进行浏览。

　　您的问题将被匿名发布。我们有可能将对您的提问稍作修改（包括添加标题）。

　　• Your query and answer may be published on CGGTs websites where it will be available for view and comment by all CGGT users. Your question will be published anonymously. Your question may be moderated and amended before publication (including the addition of a title).

　　• We undertake no obligation to respond to your query.

　　You must not provide and you acknowledge that you have not provided any confidential information to CGGT including any details which might identify a matter or parties to it.

 

　　CGGT Ask a Question scope and rules

 

　　Acceptance of rules for CGGT Ask a Question

　　These rules are the terms of use for CGGT Ask a Question operated by CGGT ("us, we, our"). These rules supplement the Terms of Use for CGGT, and privacy policies applicable to the CGGT website (together, the Rules).

　　The Rules apply to all users. Any submission of a question, reply or any other material by you to Ask means that you accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of these Rules.

　　References to a "post" or "posts" include questions, replies or any other submission to Ask.

 

　　What we will do

　　We will consider questions within the current scope of the relevant web service. We will endeavor to respond to questions as soon as possible but are under no obligation to respond to a question. Generally, a question will be answered within one to two working days of the question being submitted. In preparing a response to a question, the CGGT service center team will first look to the content aggregated on the CGGT website, and second will consult with CGGT experts in the relevant sector and jurisdiction, if available. We try to be as helpful as possible but because of constraints on time, our CGGT service staff and experts are normally unable to spend more than an hour on any particular question. If the question is a specialist question and the experts with the relevant expertise are not available, we may take longer than one to two working days to answer your question. In some cases, longer delays may occur owing to the non-availability of specialist experts for unavoidable reasons. Questions and answers may be published to the CGGT website as frequently asked questions (FAQ).

　　We reserve the right, at our discretion, to edit, remove (in whole or in part) or republish any post. If a post contains information or a link that we consider should not be published, we shall be entitled to remove the information that we consider should not be published. The remainder of the post may then be published by us. Where a post has been removed (in whole or in part), subsequent posts referring to the offending post may also be removed.

 

　　Asking a question

　　Users are encouraged to ask questions via the CGGT Ask a Question function. Questions must be asked using the CGGT Ask a Question question form. Before submitting a question, use the search feature to check that your question has not already been answered on the CGGT website.

　　You must not provide any confidential information to us, including any details that might identify a matter or parties to it.

　　Your question must be a general question about strategy, finance, law or PR issues of general interest to Chinese enterprises engaging in outbound investments and/or cross-border commercial transactions . You should not use the CGGT Ask a Question function to seek formal finance/accounting/legal or other professional advice in respect of a specific project or transaction. The responses provided by the CGGT service center and experts are for general informational purposes and for reference only and should not be relied upon by you or any CGGT user as professional advice.

　　By submitting a question you agree that it (together with any follow up correspondence on the question) may be published by us on the CGGT website where it will be available for view by all CGGT users. Your question will be published anonymously. Your question may be moderated and amended before publication (including the addition of a title).

 

　　Changes to these rules

　　We may revise these Rules at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we may make, as they are legally binding on you.
